Paralegal and office administrator Lorena Tejeda is an energetic and dedicated professional who continues to provide our office with exceptional administration and legal research. Ms. Tejeda graduated from National University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. She then attended California State University San Marcos, where she obtained her Paralegal certificate in 1998. An incredibly driven individual, she has also earned a Masters in Business Administration. Although she cannot provide legal advice, Ms. Tejeda is available to assist you with a variety of tasks, including scheduling and handling DMV hearings, notarization of documents and replying to emails. Her superior work ethic keeps the office running smoothly, so that your case is handled efficiently and expeditiously. Additionally, she utilizes her skills as a paralegal to assist Attorney James N. Dicks as he builds strong defenses for his clients. Her interest in the law has grown during the time she has worked at our office, enriched by Attorney James Dicks' enthusiasm, results, and the reputation he has earned. She has decided to further her legal education and pursue a legal career of her own, having recently been accepted to law school here in San Diego. Ms. Tejeda will be attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law in the spring of 2011. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ms. Tejeda has proven to be a valuable asset to our office and always assists our clients with prompt and professional service.
